2. Data Collected and Processing Purposes

Through the contact form we collect the following personal data:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Service / product of interest
• Message content

Data is collected solely to respond to contact and commercial information requests.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — explicit consent provided by the data subject via the contact form

4. Data Recipients

Data submitted through the contact form is transmitted to EmailJS (emailjs.com), an email delivery service acting as Data Processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Data is not shared with third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.

5. International Transfers

EmailJS processes data in the United States. Virek S.r.l. ensures such transfers are carried out in accordance with the safeguards set out in Arts. 44–49 GDPR, including standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions where applicable.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the contact request, and in any case no longer than 12 months from receipt, unless retention is required by law or an ongoing contractual relationship.
